Installation:
a1. Handpiece
- Follow the installation and maintenance instructions in the handpiece operating manual.
- For high-speed handpieces, set the handpiece switch to "high-speed" and adjust the working pressure to between 0.18MPa and 0.22MPa, with a standard speed of ≥300,000 r/min.
- For low-speed handpieces, set the pressure between 0.28MPa and 0.32MPa, with a standard speed of ≥14,000 r/min.
- Note: Align the connector carefully to avoid damaging the threads, and always insert a bur or test bar into the chuck before starting the handpiece.
a2. 3-Way Syringe
- Press down the ring nut, insert the nozzle, then release the ring nut to lock it in place.
- Adjust the water volume using control.
a3. Saliva Ejector
- Remove the saliva ejector and adjust the suction control valve as needed.
- Empty the saliva bottle when it reaches 75% full by unscrewing it counterclockwise.
- Daily Maintenance: Suck a cup of purified water through the ejector to clean the tubing and saliva bottle.
a4. Water Bottle
- The water bottle supplies distilled water for the high-speed handpiece, low-speed handpiece, and 3-way syringe. Use only distilled water to prevent damage.
- Turn off the water bottle air switch, remove the bottle clockwise, fill with distilled water, then reattach the bottle counterclockwise to avoid air leaks.
- Note: The water level should not exceed 75% to prevent safety issues. Always turn off the air switch before refilling.
a5. Sewage Bottle
- Clean the sewage bottle daily. To clean, unscrew it clockwise, rinse with clean water, disinfect, and reattach counterclockwise.
- Keep the water level below 75%. If exceeded, clean the sewer before continuing use.
a6. Clean Water Bottle
- This bottle supplies purified or distilled water for the handpiece and syringe.
- Unscrew counterclockwise to add water, ensuring a tight fit to avoid air leaks.
- Note: Turn off the air switch before adding water to avoid safety risks.
a7. Saliva Bottle
- Clean the saliva bottle daily by unscrewing it counterclockwise and rinsing with a small amount of purified water.
a8. Air Supply System
- The portable oil-free compressor is pre-tested. To operate, switch on the power, and the compressor will start automatically.
- It supplies air to the tank, building pressure from 0MPa to 0.6MPa, at which point it stops. When the pressure drops below 0.4MPa, it will restart, maintaining this cycle.
- Warning: Do not attempt to adjust or disassemble the compressor, as this could cause damage or safety hazards.
